I took my Range Rover to J&P’s today after an engine management light came on, even though I was not booked in they quickly did a diagnostic, found the issue and rectified it for me in the same day. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Will definitely return.

I've known Alex and before him his Dad Phil for many years and would not use any other garage other than J&P. The service and care has never changed , they treat customer's cars as if they were their own , which is exactly what I'd expect.

Great garage. Called them and a tow truck was with us in 10 minutes. They waived the diagnostic fee and our car was fixed and back in action within 3 hours. The wheel.had basically fallen off!Very fair pricing.
Exceptional service as fitted in just before mot was due to run out. Also problem with starter motor which was also repaired. Happy with price and extremley happy with customer service .

100% recommend going here for any electronic faults. Had my 3 series in for “central electronic failure” was diagnosed and sorted quickly. Spoke with Alex, he’s a very knowledgeable guy explained the issue and then gave me some options going forward. Overall great experience with them went above and behind. Thanks again.
